Member Event Submittal Form

Would you like to submit your event to our Member Event Calendar? Fill out the form below!

Please note, the following criteria is required to have your event considered for final approval and posting. Once approved by NIC President, your event will be posted.

  • You must be a NIC member in good standing.
  • You must send your event at least 45 days in advance of event date.
  • The event must be YOUR organization’s event.  If co-hosted, both hosts must be NIC members in good standing.
  • The event must be a local event taking place in the Southwest Florida region.
